2. HOW TO GET TO CIIF2010?

3. CAN I APPLY FOR FREE ACCOMMODATION UP TO 2 NIGHTS?

Free accommodation in Shenzhen during the CIIF period will be offered to the first 1,000 oversea visitors. For more details, please visit http://ciif-sz.com/category/110.html for more details.

4. HOW TO APPLY FOR A VISA IN CHINA?

For foreign passport holders, a travel visa is needed to mainland China. The visa should be obtained at the Chinese visa office in your home country before leaving. We strongly recommend you to obtain the visa before you leave for Hong Kong.
Application can also be made from the visa office of the ministry of Foreign Affairs of the P.R.China in Hong Kong for passport holders from most of the countries/regions, please allow at least 3 working days for normal visa. Some travel agents in Hong Kong provide service for Chinese visa application.
Express visa (landing visa) to Shenzhen can be applied at Lo Wu immigration for some of the passport holders. Please make sure your passport is eligible to apply visa to China in Hong Kong /Lo Wu.

You are advised to prepare your China Visa before coming to China, for more details, you can contact your travel agent for assistance.

5. CAN I APPLY FOR AN INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA PURPOSE?
All the approved application will be delivered to the address that you filled in. If you still cannot get a visa, please check with your travel agent for assistance.

6. WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE BADGE YET? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CIIF2010 is opened for all visitors in the related industries and it is totally FREE to come to visit the fair. There is only a simple procedure to register in our website before the trip to get an email barcode for a faster procedure, or you can register in our registration counter after your arrival to our Exhibition Hall.

7. DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR FREE SHUTTLE BUS?

For Hong Kong route directly to the fairground, you are required to pre-register by email or phone call at (852) 3188 3118 to reserve your seat. For Huanggang route, it would based on first-come, first serve basis. Overseas visitors are recommended to make a call at (852) 3188 3118 to notify the CIIF committee to reserve a seat for you.
