Introduction:
Tiedong Logistics Zone of China South City is located on the east of China South City, Shenzhen Pinghu Material Logistics Base. It is a comprehensive logistics zone, invested by China South City, and managed by Shenzhen China South NEL Co., Ltd. a logistics holding subsidiary of China South City. The Logistics Zone occupies an area of 100,800 square meters, with 90,000 square meters warehouse area, including regular warehouse, domestic settlement supervisory warehouse, export distribution supervisory warehouse and bonded warehouse. The Logistics Zone offers multiple warehousing and auxiliary services to the customers.
Warehousing Facilities
·90,000 square meters storage area with single layer and multi-layer 3D warehouse;
·EBT, logistics management system networking with customs, bank and customers in teal-time;
·Complete CCTV surveillance and fire control facilities;
·Equipped with standard automatic load/unload platform and large parking lot;
·Forwarder marketplace with 40 booths;
·Electric, fuel, natural gas powered forklifts are provided for different cargo operation
Domestic Settlement Supervisory Warehouse
·We provide trade mode transformation solution to the customer;
·Bonded trade cargo in, regular trade cargo out; regular trade cargo in, bonded trade cargo out;
·Eliminate the need of “Hong Kong One Day Tour” operation. Import/export custom clearance is done domestically;
·Cargo returning to Hong Kong can be done within the warehouse. Cargo in is regarded as returning to Hong Kong;
·Cargo flow among bonded zone;
·Packing, classification, sorting, mark code scanning, splitting and simple joining, etc.;
·Cargo input and output is done using normal vehicle.
Export Distribution Supervisory Warehouse
